Villa Yama 98 is a two-storey home inside the 98 Yama compound — one of six identical villas on a private side street off Sukhumvit 117. The villa is fully furnished, serviced before move-in, and designed for stays of one month or longer.

Two bedrooms on the upper floor — a spacious master and a second bedroom — plus a third bedroom on the ground floor. Comfortable double beds, blackout curtains, fresh linens, and generous wardrobes.

An open living and dining area on the ground floor with natural light from front and back. Set up a desk, host friends, settle in — this is a house, not a hotel room.
For long-stay guests who prefer to cook for themselves, two of the six villas come with a fully fitted kitchen and full-size appliances — just let us know and we'll match you with the right house.
